Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Participation in this Campaign will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate.

  1. The Promoter is Subinite (Pty) Ltd (“The Promoter”) situated at Valley View Office Park, 680 Joseph Lister Street and Constantia Boulevard, Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort, 1709. The Organiser/Promoter will be running #LiveYourShine campaign (“Campaign”) on behalf of the Promoter. Should you have any questions relating to the Campaign, please contact us on our office number (+27) 87 807 8400 between 08:00 -16:00 on Monday to Friday.

  2. The Campaign is open to all South African citizens or legal resident above the age of 18 who are in possession of a valid identity document/ valid residency documentation and/or valid South African Driver’s License. The following persons cannot participate: directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the promoter or marketing service providers in respect of the promotional Campaign, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of the said person.

  3. This Campaign is open from 1 March 2020 – 31 March 2020. Any entries received after midnight on the last day of the Campaign will not be valid and not be considered.

  4. To participate in this Campaign, you need to sign up through the link provided and fill in a few details about yourself. The promoter will then be in further contact with you to arrange delivery of the product items (x6) for a day time delivery address.

  6. Weekly prizes and overall prize at the end of Campaign are for grabs. To qualify for these prizes you need to:
    Weekly Prizes

    1. The person who receives the highest engagement per week stands a chance of winning a R500,00 TakeAlot voucher;

    2. The person with the most creative post stands a chance to win a R500,00 TakeALot Voucher;
      Overall Prize

    3. The person who has the highest overall engagement at the end of the Campaign stand a chance to win an iPhone XR;

    4. The person who is most creative at the end of the Campaign stands a chance to win a GoPro;

    5. The first 20 (twenty) people to complete all the challenges throughout the duration of the campaign stand a chance to win a R5000 TakeAlot voucher.

    6. For the avoidance of doubt, the participants will only have one opportunity to win a prize. Therefore any participant that has already won any of the prizes listed above will not be considered for the other prizes mentioned above.

  7. The selection of winners will take place in the following manner:

    1. The weekly winners will be announced at the end of every week until the last week of 31 March 2020 on our Instagram page. Please do look out for the weekly winner announcements on our page.

    2. For the overall winners, the decision will be made by no later than 15 April 2020;

    3. All the winners will be selected by a panel of judges of the Promoter. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

    4. The Promoter will send communication through direct messenger to the winners. The winner will be requested to provide their contact information to make arrangements for the delivery of the prize. Should the winner fail to respond within 48 hours for any reason whatsoever, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the Campaign rules.

  8. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and not transferable and all winners will have to claim their prize within 30 calendar days of the draw having taken place. At that time the winner will have to submit relevant documentation which includes; a certified copy of their bar coded South African ID book. The winners will sign a receipt for any prize received and failure to claim the prize or a refusal or inability to comply herewith will disqualify the winner and a new winner will be drawn in their place at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

  9. The Promoter reserves the right to request that images taken of the winner or staff be used for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without any further remuneration being made payable to the winner, which request the winner may decline in writing at the address of the Promoter specified above.

  10. By tagging us you consent to us using and reproducing the content/images/videos posted during the Campaign period. Should you wish to not have your images used please send us written communication to this effect.

  11. The Promoter shall have the right to terminate the Campaign at any time and without notice for any reason. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this Campaign and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter, its agents and staff.

  12. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of the Campaign rules and entrants agree to abide by the rules.

  13. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for:

    1. The winner providing the Promoter with incorrect details;

    2. Any error, omission or technical failure relating to this Campaign that may result in any entry not being successfully submitted or not being eligible for the draw. This means that Promoter will not be obliged to take any steps whatsoever where the circumstances above apply and the Participants may not make any claim against, or any demands from the Promoter in those circumstances. The Promoter will not be obliged to reimburse any costs, expenses or losses suffered by the Participants.

    3. Any entrant, or any third party for any damages in connection with any aspect of the Campaign, or the acceptance or use of any prize, including any person’s negligence (except for harm or loss that is caused directly by the gross negligence or wilful conduct of the Promoter). This means that the participants enters the Campaign at his/her own risk and the Promoter will not be responsible to the participant, or any other third party, for any harm, costs, loss or liability the participant, or a third party, may suffer as a result of entering the Campaign or making use of the prizes.

    4. Any harm or damages suffered as a result of the defective products or prizes to the Campaign.

    5. By entering the Campaign, the Participants acknowledge that the Campaign will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). The entrant undertake to expeditiously do all things necessary to enable the Promoters to comply with their obligations under the CPA, including but not limited to providing such personal information as may be required to facilitate handing over the prize to the winner (taking into account the requirements of the Protection of Personal Information Act as well). Should any entrant refuse to comply with this requirement, the participant shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

    6. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or vary this Campaign and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw) at any time, with no notice being deemed necessary. Any amendment to the Campaign Rules will be reflected in the Rules published in the Ts and Cs. The Participant agrees that it will be bound by any amendment which the Promoter makes and which the Promoter places on any social media platforms. The Promoter will not incur any liability in this regard.
